Our first discount is 50% off on your first regular cleaning. This discount applies to all our regular cleaning services, and is a great way to save on your first appointment.
We also offer a $50 off referral discount. Every time one of your referrals books their first service with us, you can receive a $50 discount on your next service.
Lastly, we offer a $10 off per review discount. Every time you leave a review for us on our website or social media pages, we will provide you with a $10 discount on your next service.
At Mop 'N Maids, we understand that life can be unpredictable and you may need to cancel your cleaning service from time to time. To ensure the best service for all our customers, we kindly ask for cancellations to be made at least 48 hours in advance. If we don't receive a call or text message within this time frame, a $50 charge will be applied to your next cleaning. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning. You must also provide photos of the unsatisfactory cleaning so we can send a team to fix the issue as soon as possible. If you do not want to have the cleaning fixed, we can offer a discount based on the level of dissatisfaction. Photos are still required and the complaint must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning.
